    The main body of the fermentation tank is provided with an interlayer and a thermal insulation layer, which can be heated, cooled and thermally insulated. The tank body and the upper and lower elliptical heads are processed by spinning R-angle, and the inner wall of the tank is mirror-polished, which is clean and free of dead ends, and the fully enclosed design ensures that the materials are always mixed and fermented in a pollution-free state. The equipment is equipped with air breathing holes, CIP cleaning nozzles, manholes, inlet and outlet ports and other equipment.

    The fermentation tank equipment adopts the internal circulation method, and uses the stirring paddle to disperse and break the air bubbles. It has a high oxygen dissolution rate and a good mixing effect. The tank body is made of SUS304 or 316L imported stainless steel, and the tank is equipped with an automatic spray cleaning head to ensure that the production process meets the requirements of GMP. Fermentation tanks are widely used in dairy products, beverages, bioengineering, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals and other industries. In recent years, with the continuous progress of science and technology, the fermentation industry, which is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood, has achieved rapid development, and the fermentation equipment has also been updated from the traditional to the modern direction.

     Below we introduce the steps of using the fermenter:
    Install the electrode. Before sterilizing the fermenter, check each interface, whether the appearance of each pipeline is normal, and whether the steam outlet pipe is firm. Each valve should be checked for full closure by two persons. At least two people are required to be present during sterilization, one person is responsible for operating various valves, and the other person is responsible for observing and reporting various parameters. After confirming that each valve is in the closed state, open the water inlet valve of the steam generator, start the steam generator, and the steam generator starts to automatically feed water. At this time, open the drain valve at the bottom of the steam generator, and close the drain valve after removing the rust as much as possible. . Pay attention to observe the water level in the steam generator to prevent accidents.

    At this time, the jacket outlet valve of the fermenter should be fully opened, the main valve of the steam generator should be slowly opened, and part of the jacket inlet valve should be slowly opened, and steam should be introduced into the jacket. At the beginning, the steam pressure may be unstable, and the pointer of the pressure gauge swings violently. You can properly close the inlet valve of the small jacket, and then open the sampling valve in turn, the steam outlet valve, the sampling valve inlet steam valve, the bottom valve outlet steam valve, and the bottom valve inlet steam. Valve, sterilize the sampling valve and the bottom valve, and exhaust the water vapor with unstable pressure at the same time. When the water vapor pressure does not change drastically, then close the bottom valve and the outlet valve in turn.

    The temperature in the tank of the fermentation tank gradually rises. When the temperature reaches the set temperature of 90°, the stirring motor stops rotating. At this time, open the main intake valve of the tank, open the gas outlet valve of the tank, and open the following valves in sequence: open the gas outlet control valve, Slowly open the steam inlet valve of the tank to let steam into the tank, and the gauge pressure of the air filter begins to rise. When it exceeds 0.1MP, open the condensate valve to drain the water, and continue to open the steam inlet valve of the large tank. After removing the air in the tank, the pressure inside the tank Slowly rise, adjust the air outlet control valve to make it reach the temperature and pressure required for sterilization, and start timing when the sterilization temperature is reached.

    Adjust the inlet valve of the fermenter jacket, the steam inlet valve and the outlet regulating valve of the tank to keep the temperature and tank pressure at the set temperature. After the sterilization time is up, close the opened steam inlet valves in turn, close the main steam valve, completely open the exhaust gas exhaust valve in the tank to release the pressure in the tank, and turn off the power supply of the steam generator. Turn on the air compressor, and when the tank pressure drops to 0.05MP, slowly open the intake adjustment valve to maintain the positive pressure in the tank.

    During the sterilization process of the fermentation tank, the operator should wear long clothes and trousers, and wear protective gloves to prevent burns. If the steam generator automatically feeds water during the sterilization process, the total steam pressure will drop rapidly. If necessary, the steam valve can be properly opened to maintain the pressure, but the pressure changes should be observed carefully. When steam is passed through the tank, the pressure of the tank will drop rapidly after sterilization. Pay attention to the timing of passing sterile air. Try not to make the air compressor and steam generator work at the same time. The air filter pressure should not exceed 0.2MP during sterilization. The size of the condensed water will affect the concentration of the liquid in the tank after sterilization, and the increase in the steam condensed water should be considered.
